The scholarship has helped me afford books necessary for my studies and still live comfortably. I study BSc Medical Sciences, so books are not cheap!

My piece of advice for a student like myself just about to start at university would be to try everything and do not be afraid! Join societies, attend socials, talk to your flatmates, sit next to and talk to random people in your lectures and seminars – it will help you make friends for life!
